Cancellation Policy
Deposits: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be submitted by cash, valid credit card, cashier's check, money order or electronic transfer/deposit. They are DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON BOOKING to secure the date. Grace Period: Event dates can be changed (subject to availability) or cancelled within seven (7) days of the original booking, without incurring an additional fee. Any event date changes made after that grace period will incur a fee of $150. Balance: The balance, less the deposit, is due seven (7) days before the event. Partial payments can be arranged between the booking and event date, but the balance must be paid in full by the seven (7) days before the event. Payment can be made in the form of cash, valid credit card, cashier's check, money order or electronic transfer/deposit.
